I decided try this fat burn due to my weight ard 130kg.
Im saw Dzar Ismail Weight Lost n im motivated to try..
As a Bus Capt, its difficult for me to find time to exercise due to my PM shift irregular hrs.
Soo now im ending my 1st bottle n with strict(not that strict)(stop eating at 8pm)(lots of plain water) diet with little weight lifting, push ups n jumping jack daily. n amazingly, my weight drop from 130kg to 122kg in less than 1 mth.. Seriously, im motivated to loose more n try to find time for brisk walk/jog... This product really works but still u have to put in an effort to see e result. After consuming Xten for 2 months, i have seen a significant improvemnts in my energy level. Most of the time, I have to work very long hours and I get very little sleep. However, I do not feel as tired as I did before even with little rest.

Just an honest review and not necessarily affecting others as different body react or adapt the same. So far still early only my first bottle but have a slight improvement on my energy zahir or batin. But everytime I consume I feel farting. Strange but at least it works on my energy. Very very good, been taking prebio for almost half a year now and it really helps my bowel movement. Gave it to my nephews and they like it too.

So far i only lost 1kg considered this is my only 3rd wk of consuming bodiguard with exercises and morning walks.. but i am so impressed it works wonders to my face haha my dark spots has fade and my acne doesnt grow as much as before.
