Selepas, Alhamdulilah sakit gastric dah tiada, symptom gastric pun akak tiada rasa dah so akak tidak perlu pergi check-up doctor lagi. Cepat rasa kenyang, kadang makan 1 kali sehari dah cukup. Kulit rasa makin clear dan bersih, sebab jerawat badan dah kurang. Bila nak buang air, rasa lawas sangat. Kadang-kadang buang air 2 kali sehari, memang lebihkan makan sayur dan buah. Tidur pun okay, lena sahaja.
