Shipping Policy

At MyLustre, we aim to deliver within the SAME WORKING DAY*! This is subject on the availability of the items, delivery slots and our courier's dispatching schedules and routing, as well as traffic and weather conditions.

1. LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE)
Customers in Singapore are eligible to receive free delivery to your doorstep within the country with orders $30 and above. Otherwise, delivery will be charged at $7.

ONLINE ORDERS
For online orders, you will be able to choose the delivery date and will be subjected to availability. Online orders will be processed accordingly and will be delivered on your selected date. No calls will be made to confirm delivery.

*Orders made during weekends will be processed on the next working day.

CALL CENTRE
For orders placed before 4.00pm on the weekdays, delivery can be arranged for the same day. Any orders after 4.00pm will be processed on the next working day.

2. MISSED DELIVERY

Please be informed that the second attempt for delivery will be charged $7. Kindly ensure that you are available to receive the item when the rider arrives.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide and offer multiple courier options to suit your needs! If your country is not listed, let us know!
