5 Ways To Fight Signs of Ageing

5 Ways To Fight Signs of Ageing

Wrinkles are skin conditions that lose collagen, the key tightening protein responsible for creating a smooth surface. Losing collagen makes your skin not smooth or re -tightens as quickly as when you were younger.Everyone is going through ageing, and experiencing wrinkles is one of the first signs of ageing. So what do you need to do to prevent it?

1. Stay away from the sun

The sun has always been considered the leading cause of wrinkles. Therefore, you should avoid excessive exposure that causes sun damage to the skin. UV rays can destroy the collagen and elastin that support your skin, resulting in ageing with the first wrinkles. Such wrinkles may appear on the face, neck, and back of the hands first because, generally, these are the areas most exposed to the sun. The connective tissue and collagen in your face become less strong to support the movement as you get older. In addition, sun damage also puts you at risk for skin cancer. Therefore, you should protect yourself from sunlight as often as possible.

2. Observe your sleeping position

If you maintain the same sleeping position, the skin on your face on the same side will repeatedly cup the pillow. To avoid facial wrinkles, you should change your sleeping position. And sleeping on your back is usually best.

3. Stay hydrated

We all know that everyone needs enough water to stay hydrated. It is an effective way to prevent wrinkles. When your body does not get enough water, your skin becomes dry. And it can cause wrinkles because dry skin tends to appear, which causes fine lines. So don’t forget to make sure you stay hydrated to slow down the appearance of wrinkles.

4. Vitamin C Supply

When you are young, your skin is full of this essential vitamin, but it gradually diminishes over time. Even so, vitamin C is still crucial for maintaining healthy and resilient skin. If you want to avoid wrinkles, a supply of vitamin C is needed. You can do this with a dietary supplement or exfoliation with a swab of vitamin C every morning. It can help maintain the youthfulness of your skin, and any sun damage, such as discolouration and fine lines, can be repaired as well.

The sooner you start taking action to take care of your skin, the better you can prevent wrinkles. In any case, prevention is always more effective than cure. If you want to try some therapies or products with controversial ingredients, you should talk to a dermatologist.

5.Eat brightly coloured foods

Diet plays a role in a healthy body as well as your skin. Your skin is made up of protein, water, and fat. Therefore a healthy supply of food is needed for its development. These include potent antioxidants found in brightly coloured foods. Fruits and vegetables, such as raspberries, blueberries, red peppers and spinach, are antioxidants. It can help your skin prevent damage from the outside. As a result, your skin will stay supple and radiant longer.

You can also use these five types of food prevent ageing:

A) Egg whites

Most of the masks available in the market also use egg whites as their main ingredient. So, what say you try it yourself at home.

Here's how: take an egg and use only egg whites. Use a mask brush and spread the egg whites all over the face. Then take two pieces of facial tissue and pat it on your face like a mask. Leave for a few minutes until dry, and then rinse. Egg whites can remove freckles, pores and clogged pores.

 B) Rice

Did you know that women in Japan and Korea use a lot of white rice for their faces, thus making their skin look bright and smooth? Vitamin E in rice acts as an antioxidant, while vitamin A works against the signs of ageing. How to make a white rice mask:

Soak half a cup of rice for 40 minutes. After the rice is soft, drain but do not discard the soaking water, then grind the rice until smooth. Next, apply to face and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse with soaking water and finally use clean water to rinse again.

C) Aloe vera

Our faces will be 'decorated' with fine lines, perhaps even coupled with dull packages as we age. Don't worry; this is a normal process for every individual as we get older. To overcome this problem, the skin needs to be dehydrated to re-moisturize. Here's how:

  1. Take two sticks of aloe vera, wash until clean and then cut in the middle to take the contents.
  2. Fill in a bowl. If you have cucumbers, mix the aloe vera filling with the ground cucumber.
  3. Apply to the entire face and rinse off after 30 minutes.

 D) Teabag

The workload in the office or at home sometimes makes us have to sleep late. This condition causes the bottom of the eyes to look bruised and lethargic, thus creating an old face. Don't worry, try this tip:

Take two tea bags and soak in hot water for five minutes. Then, lift and leave for a while to remove the effects of heat. Place on both sides of your eyes for 10 minutes. For better results, this tip should be done consistently, about three times a week.

 E) Tomato

Tomatoes do have many benefits to the body, especially the skin. The content of vitamin C in tomatoes plays a role in brightening the skin and eliminating circles under the eyes. At the same time, the content of vitamin B9 works to replace dead skin cells with new skin. Just like the ingredients above, tomatoes are also used as a face mask.

Here's how: cut small or mashed tomatoes, then apply to the face. Rinse with clean water after 10 minutes.
