Watch Out, These 5 Bad Habits Can Affect Your Brain And Mental Health!

Everyone has their bad habits, and nobody is perfect. But some of the bad habits can affect the health state of your brain. If you have these bad habits, try to do something before it's too late!

1.Lack of sleep

Sleep is vital for the body, mental and the brain. If you do not get enough sleep, you may be at risk for Alzheimer's and dementia. If you have insomnia, try to avoid gadgets, caffeine and alcohol at night. Then, try the same daily sleep routine.

2. Less social

Socializing is one of the basic human needs. If you are an extreme introvert, you prefer to stay home on your own, the risk of mental problems such as Alzheimer's and depression will increase. You need to get out sometimes and socialize with the real people in the real world, not in social media.

3. Eat snacks & fast food daily.

In general, fast foods contain many substances that can interfere with brain function related to memory, learning and mental health. For snacking, choose healthy foods such as whole grains, fruits, legumes and vegetables.

4. Inactive lifestyle

As human beings, we also need to move a lot. Inactive lifestyle not only contributes to mental illness but also chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, obesity, stroke and heart disease. You can exercise indoor or outdoor, and it all depends on you!

5. Loud music

Like to listen to the songs while working? Did you know that if you listen to tunes using earphones loudly, it can damage your ears and can lead to brain disorders? If possible, try to reduce the use of headsets or lower the sounds level slightly.
